  1. Create a new login account the first time you purchase.  Use your email address as your username and any password you wish.  Bill to and ship to information will be saved for future purchases.
  2. Select whether your order will be charged to a corporate GL # or if you are paying with a personal credit card.  Only one GL # can be used per order.

Sizing charts are featured in the Product Notes section immediately below the product description.  Please understand we feature a variety of manufacturers so each garment may be sized very differently than the next.  Please feel free to contact Blue Fuel at any time to discuss how a garment is sized.

  1. Corporate purchases (all orders charged to a First Supply GL #) are shipped on the UPS account number of the ship to location.  Ex: If a manager in Appleton places an order and has it shipped to Oshkosh, the Oshkosh UPS acct # will be used and billing will happen directly from UPS to that UPS account.
  2. Personal purchases (all orders paid on a personal credit card) are shipped UPS Ground and charged to the buyer at the time of checkout based on the total order value.

    $50.00-$99.99 = $14.95
    $100.00-$249.99 = $21.95
    $250.00+ = $29.95

  1. For First Supply inventoried products, please contact our office within 10 days of receipt at 866.535.3835 to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#).  Returns due to defective or damaged merchandise will be handled at no additional cost to you.  We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise from you (i.e. we are paying for freight to return it) and we will send replacement merchandise immediately.  Please include documentation of your order with the merchandise you are returning (order confirmation, packing slip, etc.) as well as a reason for your return.  First quality returns, however, including but not limited to “doesn’t fit well”, “don’t care for” or “changed mind”, must be shipped back to Blue Fuel by the buyer and must be received at Blue Fuel within 30 days of initial receipt.  Blue Fuel will credit the buyer in full excluding freight through the original payment method.  If a replacement item is requested, the buyer will be charged for the new item plus freight.
  2. For custom made-to-order products, please contact our office within 10 days of receipt at 866.535.3835 to report any problems.  Returns due to defective or damaged merchandise will be coordinated by Blue Fuel with the manufacturer to the point of the buyer’s reasonable satisfaction, promptly and efficiently, whether that be having the order redone or applying the appropriate discount.  This will be handled at no additional cost to the buyer.  First quality returns, however, (i.e. changed mind, doesn’t fit, don’t need) are not accepted on custom orders.

This eStore is protected with SSL Security using 1024-bit encryption.  The site is hosted in a secure 24/7 data center with redundant T3 connectivity to the internet.  Credit card information you enter is immediately encrypted and processed – even the staff at Blue Fuel is unable to view your credit card information.  Translation: an evil-minded hacker cannot go on a shopping spree with your credit card.

  1. Personal Information – Any personal information collected by this site is used solely for the purposes of this site to facilitate orders, analyze trends and help improve the site. Blue Fuel Marketing does not share any information without your consent and your information will never be sold to a third party.
